Hi! my name’s Cecelia.

But I go by CeCe for short.

I am a self-taught artist currently living in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

My work embraces themes of death, decay, and nature’s bittersweet beauty, offering a poignant exploration of complex emotions and human vulnerabilities. I hope to invite viewers to reflect with tenderness and introspect on their own challenging or melancholy experiences.

After sustaining an injury that led to me changing career paths and after welcoming my first child, I faced a challenging period of self-discovery. With encouragement from loved ones and through therapy, I rekindled my passion for art, transforming it from a childhood hobby into a professional pursuit.

Over the past decade, I have exhibited my work in galleries and expos nationwide, as well as in international group exhibitions.

When I’m not creating, I enjoy exploring the world with my family, gardening, and spending time with my friends.
